Can you drive a Tesla with no hands?

No, you should not drive a Tesla with no hands, as it is not safe or legal. While Tesla's Autopilot system can assist with driving, it is not a fully autonomous driving system and still requires the driver to remain attentive and in control of the vehicle at all times.

Tesla's Autopilot system uses advanced sensors and cameras to detect and respond to surrounding traffic, but it is not a substitute for human awareness and decision-making. In fact, Tesla's user manual explicitly states that drivers must keep their hands on the steering wheel and be prepared to take over control of the vehicle at any time. That's why the nagging messages will pop up if your hands are not on the steering wheel.

If you do want to stop the nagging messages from popping up, you can use our steering wheel weight for Tesla ( ONLY for Model 3 Y).
